The oriental performance with an intimate atmosphere, staged by Eszter Váczi and András Monori, was titled Arabic songs. The common denominator in their lives is the music of the Arab world. Their repertoire based on the classical Arabic music and the songs of one of the greatest performers of the 20th century, Fairuz. Eszter Váczi, who as a soloist is a regular performer in many well-known formations, started out in the world of classical jazz, and then with her quartet began to shape her own musical "sound", which is based on the Hungarian lyrics she wrote. At the same time, after obtaining a diploma in jazz singing, as a result of his deep affection for Arabic music, he also obtained a degree in Arabic studies at ELTE. During these years, he got to know the wonderful culture of the Middle East better, which he wants to bring closer to the listeners through the songs of this performance. András Monori is the founder and soloist of many world-music bands (Mitsoura, Folkestra, Tin Tin Q...) and an excellent theater and film composer. In addition to the fact that, like Eszter Váczi, his career as a musician began in jazz, he acquired enormous knowledge in the field of playing Eastern instruments, be it string or wind instruments.
